Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To help us provide timely care to all patients, please review our booking, cancellation, and no-show policies before your visit.
Online Booking
Once booked, you will receive an instant email confirmation and a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 fee charged to your account.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full service amount may be charged.
Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may be shortened or considered a no-show.
Account Balance
Any outstanding fees must be settled before booking future appointments.
